Northampton is only 15 minutes away. We are close to the historic coaching town of Stony Stratford, which has a good choice of eating places. We are in the same village as the Milton Keynes Eventing Centre. Other places of interest include Silverstone Race Circuit, Towcester Racecourse, Stoke Bruerne, home of the National Waterways Museum and Woburn Abbey. Salcey Forest, which is an oasis of nature and history with a spectacular Tree Top walk, is only 1 mile away. The cosmopolitan city of London is only 35 minutes on a train direct from Milton Keynes Central. Woad Farm is a working dairy farm; we also have a flock of pedigree Poll Dorset sheep and a family of Berkshire pigs.
